Thrive Outside
Thrive Outside serves the community in three critical ways: It supports educators who want to enhance their students’ learning, it aids schools and districts in removing barriers to outdoor education, and it creates joyful opportunities for children and families to spend more time in nature.
We held a series of initial discovery meetings with Thrive's internal and external stakeholders to see how the organization's communications were perceived and how that aligned with their intended messages. We then held a working discovery session with the Thrive staff team (5 people) and used that to draft a communications plan. A diverse focus group reviewed and discussed that draft, the feedback from which was used to finalized a marketing communications plan that included a range of recommendations, sample collateral, and a suggested timeline for when various types of communications can be effective.

Camp Zeke
Camp Zeke is a Jewish residential camp that values inclusivity and makes kindness a hallmark of its experience. We worked with the camp's senior leadership to conduct an audit of the camp's policies; including those written in their staff manual and their family/camper-facing policies.
We delivered an Alignment Report that detailed how their policies succeeded in advancing their values; a Considerations Report, that provided suggestions of ways they could go even further toward their goals; and we offered some ideas for further exploration they may want to undertake.
